Soulmaite provides AI-powered virtual companion experiences accessible through Telegram. Our AI companions are fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, and interactions with them should not be considered substitutes for real human relationships or professional advice. The Service includes text-based conversations, voice messages, and image generation features. Content and features may vary by subscription plan.

Soulmaite offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact support@soulmaite.io within 14 days of your purchase. All prices are displayed in the currency indicated and may be subject to applicable taxes.

When using the Service, you agree not to: - Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or underlying technology - Share, redistribute, or publicly display AI-generated content in a way that misrepresents it as human-created - Use the Service to generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination - Attempt to bypass any access restrictions or usage limits - Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service -- including but not limited to AI companion characters, their names, descriptions, images, and generated responses -- are the exclusive property of In a Box Sarl / Audacia Group and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (such as messages). However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating AI responses and improving the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, In a Box Sarl / Audacia Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. The Company is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI companion interactions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@soulmaite.io. Upon account deletion, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
