User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Soulmaite.io offers flexible subscription plans, including monthly and annual options. Payment for subscriptions is processed through our external payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Soulmaite.io to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Overages and Additional Charges

If you exceed your monthly usage limits of your subscription plan, additional charges will apply. Specifically, you will be billed $0.10 for every 10 messages sent beyond your plan's monthly limit. These charges will be clearly communicated to you and will be billed according to the terms specified at the time of overage.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use Soulmaite.io in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to :

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our AI companions
• Violate the intellectual property rights of Soulmaite.io or any third party
• Introduce any harmful or malicious software

Privacy

Your use of Soulmaite.io is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soulmaite.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination

Soulmaite.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in 1950 Sion (Switzerland) to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform.
